PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity while reducing the cost by avoiding using an insulating tape, when manufacturing an electrode sheet including a collector body having an active material layer formed on the surface, and a narrow collector lead connected on one side of the collector body.SOLUTION: A long collector sheet 5A having a predetermined width W is coated with an active material slurry 6A continuously, and coated with an insulating material slurry 7A intermittently so as to overlap the active material slurry 6A. At first, an electrode sheet 5A is divided into two in the width direction by a cutting line C1 in the longitudinal direction of the electrode sheet 5A to produce a narrow collector sheet 5B. Subsequently, a plurality of electrode sheet elements 5C are cut by a plurality of cutting lines C2 orthogonal to the cutting line C1. Furthermore, each electrode sheet element 5C is cut into an electrode sheet 2 by a cutting line C3. |
