PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of obtaining a proper detection result of flux liquid F, concerning a technology for forming a liquid film of the flux liquid F on a liquid film formation surface PI by moving a flux tank 94 storing the flux liquid F to the liquid film formation surface PI.SOLUTION: Flux liquid F is detected in a detection area Rd provided on the furthermore liquid film formation surface PI side than the center C in the moving direction Dm of a flux tank 94, in the flux tank 94. As the result, the flux liquid F can be detected in the detection area Rd having comparatively much flux liquid F after formation of a liquid film, to thereby obtain a proper detection result of the flux liquid F. |
