The present invention provides an X-ray tomography type forming product test system. According to the present invention, the X-ray tomography type forming product test system comprises: an X-ray generation device; a power supply device; a power supply control device; an X-ray detection device; an image treating device; and a system control device. Therefore, through an image of a forming product to be tested, which is calculated from the image treating device, existence of a defect, existence of a foreign substance, and a position of a foreign substance of the forming product to be test can be detected. |
