A display device having a touch panel and a method for manufacturing the same are characterized by forming an alignment mark for direct bonding between a touch panel and a display panel after supplementary printing of a black matrix (BM) on a metal routing of the touch panel. Therefore, the display device and the method according to the present invention can mitigate the search error of the alignment mark due to the interference of the metal routing, thereby reducing the bezel of the display device. The display device of the present invention comprises: a primary BM provided on the touch panel; a secondary BM provided on the primary BM; the alignment mark provided on the secondary BM; and the display panel bonded to the touch panel. |
