The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an organic light-emitting display device, which comprises the steps of: stacking a data electrode layer; forming a source electrode, a drain electrode and a pad electrode by patterning the data electrode layer; stacking a first organic insulation layer on the source electrode, the drain electrode and the pad electrode; forming a via hole corresponding to the source electrode or the drain electrode on the first organic insulation layer by using a one-tone mask; forming an organic light-emitting element having an anode electrode electrically connected to the source electrode or the drain electrode, and including an organic light-emitting layer and a cathode electrode; and etching the remaining organic matters with a part of the first organic insulation layer covering the pad electrode. The organic light-emitting display device according to the present invention can include a pad unit without concerning about corrosion.
