The present invention relates to a disc pipe heat exchanger (1) formed of a metal strip (2). The metal strip (2) has a first area at a first end (5) of the metal strip (2), and the first area is changed into a disc packet (3). The metal strip (2) includes a second strip at a second end (6) of the same. The second area is formed as a channel (15) with a square cross section. The channel is stretched along the circumference of the disc packet (3) placed inside, and the second area of the metal strip (2) includes two soldering paste areas (4.1, 4.2). The first and second areas are placed on an upper surface and a lower surface of the disc packet (3) to face each other and are soldered with the disc packet. The first end (5) and the second end (6) of the metal strip (2) are welded with the metal strip (2).
