The liquid crystal display device of the present invention includes: a first substrate; a pixel electrode to be formed on the first substrate; a first insulation film to be formed on at least a part of the pixel electrode; a hold electrode line to be formed on the first insulation film and to form capacitance with the pixel electrode; a second insulation film to be formed on the hole electrode line; and a data line to be formed on the second insulation film.
