PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery management device and a power storage device, enabling a customer to select the usage application of power stored in a power storage device according to a purpose.SOLUTION: A secondary battery management device 1 acquires the measured power values of a power supply source and a power use destination from a power measurement unit 8. By the combination of the acquired measured values, classification calculation unit 1101 calculates each breakdown on a supply source basis for the power storage amount in a power storage device 6. A usage application storage unit 1122 stores usage application of electric power stored in a secondary battery correspondingly to each supply source. A display operation device 12 selects an usage application operated by a user and stored in the usage application storage unit 1122. An allocation calculation unit 1102 allocates a power amount capable of supply to each use destination, using the breakdown calculated by the classification calculation unit 1101 and the usage application stored in the usage application storage unit 1122. |
