PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone release polyester film which is used in manufacturing a laminated ceramic capacitor and reduced in projections derived from fine silicone aggregates especially affecting light peeling properties suitable for molding a thin film ceramic green sheet and the surface property of the green sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided a silicone release polyester film having a coating layer formed by using a release coating composition which includes a water dispersion of an alkenyl group-containing silicone, a water dispersion of silicone having hydrogen atoms directly bonded to Si atoms represented by an Si-H group, a crosslinking reaction inhibitor and a platinum-based catalyst on at least one surface of a polyethylene film, where the alkenyl group-containing silicone has a number average molecular weight of 10000 to 30000, the weight of the platinum element in the platinum-based catalyst is 10 to 800 ppm based on the weight of the alkenyl group-containing silicone and the coating layer has a thickness of 10 to 100 nm. |
