PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller capable of reducing manufacturing cost and suppressing vibration and noise generated by accumulation of foreign matters, and to provide a submerged pump.SOLUTION: This impeller 42 housed in a casing 41 of this submerged pump 1 for pumping fluid by being rotated by a rotary shaft 24 extended along the direction of gravitational force is formed into a structure including: an upper shroud 52 fixed to the rotary shaft 24; a lower shroud 53 arranged oppositely to the upper shroud 52 and including a suction opening 58 at its center; and a single blade 54 integrally molded between the upper shroud 52 and the lower shroud 53, continuing from the central sides of the upper shroud 52 and the lower shroud 53 to outer peripheral sides thereof, and formed with a hollow recessed part 55 opening from the upper shroud 52 or the lower shroud 53, and a hole part 55a making the recessed part 55 continue to its outer surface. |
