PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate dephosphorization effect by powdered lime and appropriately control an additive amount of aggregated lime based on the evaluation result.SOLUTION: An apparatus 102 for controlling blowing calculates an index value R of dephosphorization effect by powdered lime for every actual performance data by utilizing the actual performance data of blowing treatment in the past, determines a set value of the index value R for every blowing condition from the index value R of each actual performance data by utilizing t-test, predicts the dephosphorization effect by the powdered lime in the blowing treatment to be performed from now based on the set value of the index value R corresponding to the blowing condition in the blowing treatment to be performed from now, and controls the amount of the aggregated lime to be injected to molten iron based on the predicted dephosphorization effect by the powdered lime. That is, the apparatus 102 for controlling blowing evaluates the dephosphorization effect by powdered lime based on the blowing condition and controls the amount of the aggregated lime to be injected to the molten iron based on the evaluation result. |
