PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card timer device which allows correction to restore a time count after pressing a setting button of a refrigerator and, when moving to another bed, allows usage remaining time solely to be transferred to a refrigerator at a new bedside table.SOLUTION: For a billing device provided with a card reader part which controls a television or refrigerator by billing by usage time based on a prepaid card, a card timer device is used for managing billing for the refrigerator as follows: When the prepaid card is inserted, a user uses a card timer part to arbitrarily set usage time of the refrigerator for billing in advance. When the prepaid card is not inserted, a mobile card for managing remaining time is inserted. When the card timer part has remaining time to use the refrigerator, data on the remaining time is transferred to the mobile card, and data on remaining time is set to 0. On the other hand, when the card timer part has no remaining time to use the refrigerator and the mobile card has remaining time, data on the remaining time is transferred to the card timer part. |
