PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary weight for a watch capable of maintaining rotational efficiency while securing a desired strength, and a watch including the rotary weight.SOLUTION: A rotary weight 160 for a watch includes a rotary weight 166 which rotates around a rotary shaft O and a rotary weight body 164 formed thinner than the rotary weight 166. The rotary weight body includes a center part 164k formed at a rotary shaft side, an annular outer periphery part 164d formed so as to surround the center part, and an arm part 164c connecting the center part with the outer periphery part. The arm part includes an inclined part 170 inclined to a virtual line extending from the center part to the outer periphery part. |
