PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and accurately evaluating adhesiveness of a forsterite layer of an insulation coating on a directional electromagnetic steel plate surface in a short time.SOLUTION: An evaluation method of adhesiveness of an insulation coating on a directional electromagnetic steel plate surface evaluates adhesiveness of a forsterite layer which is the insulation coating on the directional electromagnetic steel plate surface on the basis of an image acquired by irradiating, with an electron beam, the directional electromagnetic steel plate surface comprising a tensile force coating layer, the forsterite layer, and a directional electromagnetic steel plate in this order from a surface side and by detecting light emitted due to excitation with an electron beam. |
