PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye-piece zoom optical system configured such that various aberrations are satisfactorily corrected over the entire area of a wide visual field, an eye relief is sufficiently long, and eye relief difference due to wavelength is eliminated.SOLUTION: An eye-piece zoom optical system (110) includes, in order from an eye-point (EP) side: a first lens group (G1) of positive refractive power, in which a positive lens and a negative lens are bonded; a diffractive optical element (DOE); a second lens group (G2) of positive refractive power, which is movable along a zooming track; and a third lens group (G3) of negative refractive power, in which a positive lens and a negative lens are bonded. |
