Disclosed is a phantom having a plurality of layers. The phantom comprises: first and third layers including protein materials; and a second layer formed between the first layer and the third layer and including the protein materials and thermochromic materials wherein the third layer can have a thickness for locating a focus of a wave irradiated from a target device in the second layer. Therefore, the phantom can intuitionally identify a change inside the phantom due to an ultrasound signal.
