According to the present invention, disclosed are a method to provide a card payment gateway service to a non-shop unregistered businessperson and an apparatus thereof, capable of allowing a non-shop unregistered businessperson not having card payment processing ability to easily process a card payment. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: receiving a card payment approval request of a customer from a mobile terminal of a non-shop unregistered businessman; transmitting the card payment approval request and businessman information to a card company to receive a payment approval on behalf of the non-shop unregistered businessman; and transmitting, to a bank, card payment information with respect to sales whose payment is approved, and paying in advance the non-shop unregistered businessman with a card payment price paid from the bank according to the card payment information before the card company pays the card payment price. |
