PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine capable of fixing a stator core on a predetermined position in a housing with a simpler configuration.SOLUTION: In a motor M having a fixation mechanism for fixing a position of a stator core 2 in a housing 1, the fixation mechanism includes: a positioning part 11 for determining the position of the stator core 2 in an axial direction by contacting an end face of the stator core 2 in the axial direction of a rotation axis 5 of a rotor 3; a first pressing part 12 for pressing an outer peripheral surface of the stator core 2 in a radial direction of the housing 1 when the position of the stator core 2 is determined by the positioning part 11; and a second pressing part 13 for pressing an end face of a side opposite to the side contacting the positioning part 11 of the stator core 2 in the axial direction when the position of the stator core 2 is determined by the positioning part 11. Each of the pressing parts 12 and 13 presses the stator core 2 by contacting the stator core 2 in the state where the pressing parts 12 and 13 are elastically deformed. |
