PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device capable of allowing an occupant to continue the driving of a vehicle in accordance with a route guidance without becoming suspicious.SOLUTION: A navigation device that performs a route guidance of a vehicle includes: interchange name acquisition means for acquiring the name of an interchange expressed on a traffic sign in an ordinary road where a vehicle is traveling; and notification means for notifying of predetermined information related to a fact that an interchange is not guided when it is determined that an interchange expressed by an acquired interchange name is an interchange of an expressway included in a set route and also is an interchange not to be guided in response to a set route by determination means for determining whether or not an interchange expressed by an acquired name is an interchange of an expressway included in a set route and also is an interchange not to be guided in response to a set route. |
