PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device for a shovel, capable of enhancing the accuracy of detecting the occurrence of abnormality.SOLUTION: From the shovel, detection values for a plurality of variables depending on operating conditions are input to an input unit. A processing unit processes the detection values for the plurality of variables input from the input unit. The processing unit defines the set of detection values for the plurality of variables as one sample, and extracts selected samples having similar operating conditions on the basis of the detection values of the variables from the plurality of samples input from the input unit and defines them as a standard sample group. Besides, target samples are evaluated on the basis of the standard sample group. |
