PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a dye-sensitized solar cell capable of forming a uniform film and automating the process when forming a thin film by a spray method and a manufacturing apparatus of the same.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a dye-sensitized solar cell includes: mounting a substrate 31 on a surface of a cart 41 that may be heated; moving the cart intermittently while heating; forming a work electrode by forming a transparent electrode and such; forming counter electrodes by forming a metal layer having an anti-corrosion conductive layer and catalyst properties while intermittently moving the metal substrate similarly; and bonding them. Both intermittent movements are made to be synchronized and be automated. |
