PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-layer chromatography imaging system which easily obtains a highly reliable Rf value through a simple procedure.SOLUTION: A chromatography imaging system 100 includes; a light-blocking housing 110; a placement tray 120 for placing thin-layer chromatography plates (P) at designated positions inside the housing; at least one of ultraviolet irradiation means 130 for irradiating the thin-layer chromatography plates placed on the placement tray with ultraviolet rays or visible light irradiation means for irradiating the same with visible light; imaging means 140 for imaging the thin-layer chromatography plates placed on the placement tray; a control unit 151 (150) for controlling the imaging means; a manipulation unit 152 (150) for sending instructions to the control unit; a storage unit 153 (150) for storing image data captured by the imaging means; and a display unit 154 (150) for displaying the image data captured by the imaging means. |
