Orthopaedic reamer for bone preparation, in particular for glenoïd preparation

The reamer (1) has a reamer part (10) including an internal hub (11) provided with an axial bore (15) for receiving an orthopedic guiding pin (30). The bore is opened on axially opposite faces i.e. proximal and distal faces, of the hub. The hub defines a transverse slot (16) for the guiding pin. The slot opens radially into the bore and connects the faces of the hub. The reamer part has a reaming body formed of an external ring (12) and a tab provided with bone attack reliefs i.e. blades, where body extends transversally to the hub by partially and exteriorly surrounding periphery of the hub.
