The device has a sealing ring made of elastic material, mounted on a base member (1) and superimposed on an S-shaped cross sectioned functional component. A fluid delivering unit is formed and arranged in the base member, where pressurized fluid is introduced in a functional chamber in component receivers. The functional component is compressive force-moved in the component receivers to the sealing ring. Another functional chamber is enhanced for pressurization of the functional component to flow the pressurized test fluid for compression of the sealing ring. |
