The present invention relates to an energy harvesting device using piezoelectric fiber by a fiber manufacturing method and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of an energy harvesting device related to one example of the present invention may comprise: a step of manufacturing the piezoelectric fiber by the fiber manufacturing method by using a ferroelectric layer which is a piezoelectric element; a step of preparing a plurality of threads in which at least a part includes the piezoelectric fiber; and a step of weaving fabric by using at least a part of the threads including the piezoelectric fiber as a weft thread or a warp thread.
