The present invention relates to an evacuation route notification system for a visually impaired person and, more specifically, to an evacuation route notification system which provides an evacuation direction for a visually impaired person by a plurality of vibrator units installed in a handrail or a guide foothold which guides the movement direction of the visually impaired person by being installed along the wall surface of a building. The vibrator units are driven by a phase difference vibrator circuit comprising: a control box which provides a direction signal by a fire signal received from a fire sensor; a forward/reverse shift register which generates a time difference vibration signal by the direction signal received from the control box; and a plurality of vibrators which vibrates by receiving the time difference vibration signal received from the forward/reverse shift register.
