FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mass-spectrometry. Device for conditioning of a stable flow of gaseous substances includes source (1) of gaseous substances, which is connected with ionisation chamber (6) of mass spectrometer via at least one two-way valve (2) and at least one metering fluidic resistor (4) in the form of a capillary. Inside valve (2) there is inlet channel (9) with possibility of its opening and closing by seal (3). Volume of channel (9) is selected from the condition of minimum time for stabilisation of flow of gaseous substances arriving into ionisation chamber (6).EFFECT: proposed is a device for conditioning of a stable flow of gaseous substances.1 cl, 2 dwg
