FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and pharmacology and represents a method for preparing the composition of high-molecular heparin with amino acids and 3-d metals. Method involves mixing of aqueous solutions of heparin, amino acid and salt of 3-d metal. Note here that mixing is performed in molar ratio 1:1:1 at temperature 37°C, certain pH, ionic force 0.15 M NaCl, then composition is precipitated with the help of polar aprotic solvent - acetone in the ratio composition/acetone: 1/1.25, held in thermostat at temperature 0°C for 180 minutes, decanted, centrifuged at 8,000-1,000 rpm and the precipitate is dried in a drying chamber at t = 60°C during 60 minutes.EFFECT: compositions produced by this method contain the vital amino acids and microelements decomposable in bloodstream due to the difference between medium pH (7.3) and pH stability of these compositions with the release of heparin, amino acids and microelements thus being a compensatory part in heparin therapy.1 cl, 2 tbl, 7 ex |
