PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately calculate a parking fee in processing for the loss of a parking ticket even when a user waits in an entrance lane since a parking lot is full.SOLUTION: When an entrance vehicle waits in an entrance lane 6 since a parking lot is full, an entrance camera unit images an entrance vehicle in accordance with a full state release signal output from a parking ticket issuing machine 21, and transmits a full state release vehicle image to a management center, and a vehicle number recognition device of the management center stores the full state release vehicle image and its imaging time. On the other hand, an exit camera unit images an exit vehicle, and transmits an exit vehicle image to the management center, and a vehicle number recognition device stores the exit vehicle image. When the user reports the loss of a parking ticket to the management center, the exit vehicle image and the full state release vehicle image or the like are displayed on the monitor of a management PC. When an operator compare those images, and specifies the vehicle of the user, and performs an instructing operation, the imaging time of the full state release vehicle image is transmitted from the management PC to an exit fare adjustment machine, and the exit fare adjustment machine calculates a parking fee by using the imaging time. |
