PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably restrain damage of a building exterior wall due to outdoor equipment when the outdoor equipment shakes relatively to the building.SOLUTION: Outdoor equipment 27 is installed at a position apart from an exterior wall 12 to the outdoor side around a building 10. A buffer member 31 used as an impact absorption material is provided between the exterior wall 12 and the outdoor equipment 27, and attached to the exterior wall 12. The buffer member 31 is formed in a plate-shape and provided so as to extend along an outdoor surface of the exterior wall 12. The buffer member 31 and the outdoor equipment 27 are separated from one another, and spacing members 32 for holding this separation distance are provided between the buffer member 31 and the outdoor equipment 27. Each of the spacing members 32 has an abutment part 35 abutting on the buffer member 31 and a fixing part 36 fixed to the outdoor equipment 27. |
