PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge a vehicle so as not to exceed a maximum power supply amount defined in a power supply side, regardless of charging specifications of the vehicle.SOLUTION: Each of charging stands 16A-16C has an electromagnetic contactor MC for switching a power line L1 which supplies power to vehicles 10A-10C to a conduction state and a non-conduction state. A sub control part 23, on the basis of insertion and removal information of a charging plug P, determines whether or not the charging stands 16A-16C can charge the vehicles 10A-10C. A main control part 20 switches the power line L1 of the charging stand which can charge the vehicle to the conduction state so that the total of an upper limit power amount by the charging stand which can charge the vehicle does not exceed the maximum power supply amount of the whole charging system K. |
