The present invention relates to an apparatus used to assemble and disassemble a copper bar applying an electric current to an expansion joint from a contact block when an expansion joint of the rigid trolley line widely applied as a trolley line. The apparatus (1) for assembling or disassembling a copper bar for expansion joint (100) maintenance of a rigid trolley line according to the present invention comprises: a worktable (10) supporting an entire load and having a predetermined height; a first shaft support (20) installed at one side of the worktable (10); a second shaft support (30) installed at the first worktable (10) at a position spaced apart from the first shaft support (20) by a predetermined distance; a transfer screw (40) installed at the first shaft support (20) and the second shaft support (30) to idle and having a handle (41) for rotation provided on one side thereof; a block fixing unit (50) screwed and coupled to the transfer screw (40), laterally moving along the transfer screw (40) depending on the rotation of the transfer screw (40), and having a contact block (123) of the copper bar assembly (120) of the expansion joint (100) fixed thereto; a guide bar (60) installed horizontally with the transfer screw (40), installed to the guide hole (51) formed at the block fixing unit (50) to be able to slide, and preventing the rotation of the block fixing unit (50); and a fixing plate (70) installed on the outside of the second shaft support (30) coaxially with the transfer screw (40) and fixing an end of the copper bar (121) separating an end fixing piece (124) from the copper bar assembly (120). |
