PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction device in which when an operation time-out time in each transaction operation of each transaction type elapses, an intention of a customer can be confirmed so as to support an appropriate transaction operation.SOLUTION: A transaction device in which a telephone receiver having at least an operation part is provided, includes: transaction processing means for outputting, to the telephone receiver, a guidance voice for a prescribed transaction operation procedure so as to perform transaction processing by using input information from the telephone receiver; and transaction operation support processing means for outputting, when progress stagnation as to a transaction operation via the telephone receiver occurs, a guidance voice for confirming an intention of a customer to the telephone receiver so as to perform selected request processing. |
