PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a nerve in a deep part from being injured when a thin and long bone chisel to be used in a percutaneous endoscopic surgery is driven into a bone and penetrates the bone.SOLUTION: An instrument, where a distal end of a thin and long columnar shaft part is defined as a flat chisel, includes: a stopper that is swelled at a degree not to exceed the width of the shaft part in a part of a middle portion of a blade part; and a handle on a hand side. |
