PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser processing head which can protect protection glass from spatters and fume which are spattered from a laser processing position.SOLUTION: A laser processing head comprises a condenser lens for collecting a laser beam which is oscillated from a laser oscillator, a nozzle at its tip, and a protection lens for protecting the condensation lens. The laser processing head also comprises cross jet forming means 17 which forms a flow of a cross jet to a direction which is parallel with a surface of the protection glass 5 between the protection glass 5 and the nozzle 9, the nozzle 9 comprises air injection means 41 which injects air for blocking a flow of fume to a suction port direction of the cross jet forming means 17 from a laser processing position of a workpiece W by radiating a laser beam LB thereto. The air injection means 41 is arranged at a tip of the nozzle 9, and injects air in a flat form to the other side from a one-end side of an opening of the nozzle 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
