An embodiment of the present invention relates to a display apparatus including multiple pixels. Each pixel comprises: a scanning line extending in a first direction; a data line extending in a second direction; a driving thin-film transistor arranged adjacent to the data line, and including a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode; an interlayer insulation layer interposed between the data line and the driving thin-film transistor, and including a through line; and a driving voltage line arranged adjacent to the data line. A first part of the driving voltage line is formed on the through line, and is located between the data line and the gate electrode of the driving thin-film transistor. The display apparatus according to the present invention can prevent parasitic capacitance caused by vertical gap coupling from occurring as well as prevent crosstalk. |
