PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler system capable of suppressing a situation that an operation for adding a boiler as a non-control target to a control target is executed more than necessary.SOLUTION: A boiler system includes: a steam collecting part 6 collecting steam generated by a boiler group 2; a steam pressure measurement means 7 measuring steam pressure in the steam collecting part 6; and a number control means 3 for controlling a combustion amount of a boiler 20 which is a control target of the boiler group 2 on the basis of the steam pressure measured by the steam pressure measurement means 7 so that the steam pressure falls within a predetermined steam pressure control range. In the case that the boiler group 2 includes a boiler 20 that is not a control target and the steam pressure measured by the steam pressure measurement means 7 is below a lower limit threshold within the steam pressure control range, the number control means 3 temporarily adds one or a plurality of boilers 20 that are not control targets to the control target when a state that the steam pressure is below the lower limit threshold in the steam pressure control range is continued for a predetermined time or when the steam pressure is below a critical lower limit threshold that is lower than the lower limit threshold in the steam pressure control range. |
