PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of generating a three-apex curve mesh group excellent in color reproducibility even in an edge line intersection part.SOLUTION: A mesh side corresponding to a detection line among mesh sides in an input image is adopted as a corresponding mesh side. When an intersection is made by corresponding mesh sides, each having three or more color points of interest, among color points on the corresponding mesh sides, a mesh groups sharing the intersection is divided into a plurality of groups while employing, as boundaries, the corresponding mesh sides each having the three or more color points of interest. Then, colors of positions in the vicinity of the intersection in each group are allocated to the color points of interest. |
