According to the present invention, when waterproof coating a rooftop, a water storage tank, etc. of a building made of concrete, bricks, etc., a waterproof layer is formed by a surface preparation material in a mixed state of mixing super-micro fiber and any one among urethane resin and polyurea resin after forming a base coating layer. Accordingly, since generation of pin holes on a surface of the base coating layer is prevented, any additional processes for forming or attaching a reinforcing member or a vertical material for performing a waterproof function are not required. Therefore, manual labor required for waterproofing treatment is greatly reduced, thereby cutting down personnel expenses and shortening a construction period. |
