A body protector for martial arts according to the present invention includes: a body cover (210, 310) shaped to be capable of covering a wearer′s body; a shoulder connection band (220, 320) shaped to be connected to an upper portion of the body cover (210, 310); a waist connection band (230, 330) shaped to connect both lower sides of the body cover (210, 310); a wire (240, 340) connecting the shoulder connection band (220, 320) and the waist connection band (230, 330) to each other; and a wire regulation module (250, 350) placed on the wire (240, 340), in which the length of the wire (240, 340) is regulated by the wearer rotating a regulation dial (253, 353) of the wire regulation module (250, 350). |
