PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom with a handrail that can cope with various scenes in which a single handrail is used.SOLUTION: A bathroom is structured such that a bathtub and a place for washing are arranged next to each other, with the circumference surrounded with a wall surface. The bathroom includes: a sitting part provided adjacent to a first wall surface between the bathtub and the first wall surface oppositely facing the side of the bathtub, and disposed to follow the side of the place for washing of the second wall surface in contact with the short side of the bathtub; a shower tap operating part used by a user in a state sit on the sitting part and arranged at a height the same as the upper face of the sitting part; and a handrail arranged at a position above a rim on the side of the place for washing of the bathtub, and closer to the center in the longitudinal direction of the rim from the end of the sitting part on the side of the place for washing. |
