PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound useful for various uses, especially cement admixture uses by which the compound can simply and efficiently be produced as a polymer at a low cost.SOLUTION: A phosphorus-containing (poly)alkylene glycol-based compound comprises a phosphor atom and (poly)alkylene glycol chain as essential components. The compound contains a structure in which the terminal oxygen atom at least one end of the (poly)alkylene glycol chain is bonded to a phosphorus atom with an organic residue therebetween, with the organic residue being bonded to the phosphorus atom by a phosphorus-carbon bond. |
