The present invention aims to provide a composition which can provide foamed moldings and foamed electric wires having a small average cell size and a high foam content and causing fewer sparks. The composition of the present invention includes a fluororesin (A) and a compound (B) which is a sulfonic acid or a salt thereof. The sulfonic acid is represented by the following formula (1):
