FIELD: microbiology.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to microbiology. Invention suggests a liquid microbiological nutrient medium and its application method. Liquid microbiological nutrient medium contains: from 10 to 20 wt parts of yeast extract, from 15 to 30 wt parts of peptone, from 35 to 75 wt parts of mono-and disaccharides, up to 3 wt. parts of mineral substances, from 0.02 to 1 wt part of stable gelling agent and water. Nutrient medium is sterilized in autoclave or subjected to ultrahigh temperature treatment. Gelling agent is resistant to action of sterilisation in autoclave or ultrahigh temperature treatment.EFFECT: ready to use nutrient medium is used for microbiological screening in food industry, production of animal feed, cosmetology, pharmaceutical industry and diagnostics.10 cl, 1 ex |
