Fastening section includes pair of support end sections, each of which is connected to section of peripheral wall forming closed cross-section in end section of hollow rod section and which are separated from each other, and bottom wall, including flat surface connected with pair of supporting end sections and two front end sections including two lateral walls, circling inside at least, from side end sections of lower wall on side of support end section.
