PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner supply device capable of reliably changing the rotation speed of a developer stirring member, and an image forming apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: A toner supply device 20 comprises: a sub hopper 21 that stores toner; a toner detection sensor 23 that detects the presence of toner at an installation height; and a cleaning member 26 that rotates while being fixed by a rotation shaft 24 in the sub hopper 21, and cleans a detection surface of the toner detection sensor 23. The cleaning member 26 is provided with a fixed surface of the rotation shaft 24 and a change prevention member 25 on the opposite surface. The change prevention member 25 is in contact with an inner wall surface 21a of the sub hopper 21 when the cleaning member 26 separates from the detection surface of the toner detection sensor 23. |
