PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation cosmetic, which is a foundation cosmetic containing hyaluronic acid and/or a salt thereof, not generating spots or color unevenness, even when a powder foundation is applied thereto after the foundation cosmetic is applied.SOLUTION: A foundation cosmetic includes following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) 0.05-5 mass% crosslinkable type dimethylpolysiloxane and/or crosslinkable type alkylpolysiloxane, (B) 0.01-2 mass% alkyl-modified silicone represented by general formula (in the formula, R shows a 6-24C alkyl group, and a and b each denotes a number of 50-1,000), and (C) 0.001-0.2 mass% hyaluronic acid and/or a salt thereof, wherein the mass ratio between the components (A) and (C) satisfies equation: (A)/(C)=0.5-100, and the mass ratio between the components (B) and (C) satisfies equation: (B)/(C)=1-60. |
