The dispenser (1) has a pump mechanism and a covering panel (2) arranged in a dispenser housing (6). The covering panel is attached to a part of the dispenser housing, and a dispenser input is disconnected from the covering panel in an opening position. The covering panel covers the dispenser input in a closing position (23), where the pump mechanism is operated in both the opening and closing positions. A counting device is arranged on the covering panel for checking an operation of the pump mechanism, where the counting device is connected with the pump mechanism in the closing position. |
