FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industry of construction materials and can be used in production of foamed concretes containing fibrous filler. Crude mixture for making foamed concrete contains, wt%: Portland cement 22.0-22.4, sand 35.6-36.0, basalt fibre with diameter of 15-20 mcm and length of 8-22 mm 0.41-0.84, foaming agent “Reniment SB31L” in concentration of 4%, providing foam density of 75 g/dm, 0.10-0.15, ground limestone 22.1-23.0, polypropylene fibres with diameter of 15-20 mcm and length of 8-22 mm 0.13-0.27, water is balance. Crude mixture as ground limestone may contain MP-1 mineral powder.EFFECT: higher bending strength of foam concrete, low cement consumption while maintaining high compression strength, reduced cost of raw mixture and wider raw material base for making foamed concrete.1 cl, 1 tbl |
