The present invention relates to a method to display accident information, optimized for a terminal of an insurance compensation officer, on a screen of the terminal through an application of the terminal. The method includes: a step in which a terminal of a directly concerned person transmits accident information to a customer management database; a step in which the received accident information is transmitted and matched to an authority management server; a step in which the authority management server matches the received accident information to generate matching accident information and then transmits the matching accident information to an accident management database; a step in which the accident management database receives the matching accident information to generate insurance compensation officer information and accident information reception history, transmits the insurance compensation officer information to the terminal of the directly concerned person, and transmits the accident information reception history to the terminal of the insurance compensation officer; a step in which the terminal of the insurance compensation officer transmits authority information to a service user authentication server by generating the authority information, including a telephone number of the terminal of the directly concerned person, if the terminal of the directly concerned person makes or receives a call; a step in which the service user authentication server, receiving the authority information, grants authority by matching the authority with the matching accident information stored in the accident management database; a step in which the service user authentication server transmits the matching accident information with the authority to the terminal of the insurance compensation officer; and a step in which the terminal of the insurance compensation officer displays the matching accident information with the authority with the telephone number of the directly concerned person. |
